With a degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Iowa, Travis has over 10 years of experience in engineering and consulting. His skills and experience span technical and economic evaluations, business case analysis, and project management for utility, transportation and industrial clients.

Recognized for his industry knowledge and influence, Travis actively participates in industry organizations and forums. He is active in the energy sector startup community through Burns & McDonnell investment in venture funds of Energy Impact Partners.

A little about Travis
An ideal day off for Travis includes traveling with his wife and 2-year-old daughter and participating in outdoor activities as a family. He enjoys playing all types of sports, and watching them in his free time. An avid volunteer, Travis enjoys supporting Children’s Mercy Hospital and other organizations in the Kansas City area.
