About Sitha

As an offering director at 1898 & Co., Sitha brings more than 25 years of experience leading complex programs across technology, infrastructure and utilities. He is responsible for helping clients execute large-scale initiatives by aligning technical delivery with strategic business objectives. His experience spans program management, technology strategy and organizational change, with a strong focus on critical infrastructure sectors.

Sitha began his career in the telecommunications industry, managing technical operations and supporting large-scale network systems during a period of rapid industry growth. He transitioned into software development, built a strong foundation in the software development life cycle and led the delivery of complex technology solutions. Over time, he expanded his capabilities to include management consulting disciplines such as change management, capital program execution and enterprise technology strategy, while contributing to the growth of infrastructure-focused programs and teams.

He went on to deepen his focus in the utilities sector, developing a strong interest in supporting infrastructure clients and working alongside highly technical engineering and planning teams. This experience ultimately led him to 1898 & Co., where he continues to deliver impactful, integrated solutions. Sitha holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in technology management from George Mason University. He also maintains several professional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Federal Chief Information Officer (CIO) certification and LEED Green Associate certification.

A little about Sitha
Sitha is deeply rooted in family life, and much of his time outside of work is spent actively engaged with his children’s lives. He spends a lot of his free time supporting his two sons at their high school or travel sports events, and also carves out meaningful time with his young daughter. He enjoys teaching her how to play sports and introducing her to activities like fishing and other hands-on outdoor experiences.
