With 18 years in the utility industry, Erik is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a Certified Change Management Professional, known for delivering measurable business outcomes through thoughtful leadership and practical solutions.

Erik studied economics at St. Thomas University in New Brunswick, Canada, and began his career in planning and coordination roles within the public sector. Over the years, he has held leadership positions in areas such as emergency planning, safety, communications, process improvement and enterprise change management.

A day well spent includes quality time with his kids, volunteering with industry associations and local charities, and enjoying seasonal outdoor activities like hiking and mountain biking.
