About Ali

As a senior managing director at 1898 & Co., Ali is passionate about people organization and business growth within critical infrastructure industries.

Ali attended Saint Leo University, where he studied computer information systems, and then went on to earn his MBA and master’s in cybersecurity. Starting his career as a technical support engineer, he traveled out into the field evaluating generation plants before moving into   leadership roles that focused on supporting internal and external strategic initiatives. In his work, Ali has traveled the world building teams in various countries and industries while gaining valuable insight working with different cultures.

Ali is driven by challenging opportunities. As the leader of the Atlanta region for the consulting practice, he is working to build a team with diverse backgrounds and experiences that is uniquely positioned to support client needs across critical infrastructure industries. Ali helps his clients acquire the right resources to deliver solutions for their most challenging projects.

What motivates Ali
Ali is motivated by overall bottom-line growth. He is inspired by successful project delivery to his clients and by identifying client needs and working across his team to consistently add value.  As the office grows, Ali is excited about continuing to support his team’s professional career growth while solving pressing client challenges.

A little bit about Ali
Ali enjoys spending time with his family, as well as playing soccer or tennis with friends. In his spare time, he is involved in the startup community, where he studies different markets, growth strategies and investment opportunities. A world traveler, Ali has visited over 25 countries so far.
