About Scott

As a senior project manager at 1898 & Co., Scott helps clients across the country plan their transmission and distribution systems to meet the increasing demands on the power industry.

Scott attended Clarkson University, where he studied electrical engineering, before going on to earn his MBA from Western New England University. He spent the first 15 years of his career at a regional transmission organization working on resource planning, transmission planning and system planning efforts across New England and evaluating the competitiveness of the regional wholesale energy markets. Since joining Burns & McDonnell in 2015 and moving to 1898 & Co. in 2019, he leads system planning projects with clients across the country.

How Scott helps his clients
Working on numerous projects throughout his more than 20 years of industry experience, Scott brings all those lessons learned to his projects and helps clients navigate to the right answer. He assists with identifying industry trends to better service clients and brings unique approaches to challenging projects. Scott will always make it a priority to be responsive and available for clients whenever he’s needed.

What motivates Scott
Scott enjoys being able to work directly with so many people across the power industry on a regular basis. The experiences he has been able to gain and the people he has been fortunate enough to work with keep him excited about every new project.

A little bit about Scott
Some of Scott’s favorite hobbies are swimming at the lake, kayaking and playing a round of golf. A resident of Maine, he appreciates getting his family together to participate in an outdoor activity whenever the weather allows.
