About Julia

As the commercial operations director for industrial cybersecurity, Julia is responsible for departmental operations and leads the cybersecurity client engagement team.

Julia attended Yale University, where she studied political science, before joining the U.S. Peace Corps as a health volunteer in Nepal. She earned a master's degree in security studies and international economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, where she spearheaded the school’s first Women in Peace and Security Conference, focusing on creative ideas to address security challenges. Most recently, Julia ran operational technology (OT) cybersecurity sales operations for a leading engineering company, where she focused on electric utilities.

Julia has spoken at leading industry events, including DEF CON’s ICS Village, and her work around attracting, developing and retaining an industrial cybersecurity workforce has been featured on the White House Office of the National Cyber Director’s blog.

How Julia helps her clients
Julia is focused on seeing that the entire cybersecurity team works together toward a business outcome and navigates across functions to deliver excellent work for clients. In her role, she enables the client engagement team to be trusted advisers for our critical infrastructure clients.
