About Aaron

As a senior managing director at 1898 & Co., Aaron leads the power generation consulting practice focused on supporting clients with technical and financial evaluations of infrastructure projects so they can better plan, optimize and invest in their critical assets.

Aaron has a degree in physics from Baker University, as well as an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering and master’s degree in engineering management from the University of Kansas. With over 15 years of professional experience, Aaron has supported clients on power generation development, acquisition and execution, including both traditional and renewable assets. Most notably, Aaron has managed thousands of megawatts of wind development throughout the world and is renowned throughout the industry for his experience in the development, design, construction and operation of wind farms, helping to build the company into a top-ranked, recognized industry adviser in wind energy.

What motivates Aaron
Aaron is motivated by his desire to do his best for his team members and clients; his greatest motivation is seeing his team and clients succeed. Aaron enjoys the variety in the field as both traditional and renewable generation options continue to evolve in the market.  

A little bit about Aaron
An ideal day off for Aaron would involve a trip with his family into the mountains. He’s also an avid Chiefs, Sporting KC and Royals fan (even when they’re not good!), and has a soft spot for ’90s music.
