About Rich
With over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity and 30 in information technology (IT) and leadership, Rich is devoted to helping clients identify cyber vulnerabilities within the operational technology (OT) sector and implementing industry-leading tools and methodologies to keep operations safe.
Rich received his MBA from MidAmerica Nazarene University after studying photography at the University of Central Missouri. Starting his career in the U.S. Army, Rich completed deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan. During his service, he held the position of Deputy Director of Information Operations for U.S. Forces Headquarters on one of his tours. Following his military service, he worked as a cybersecurity consultant, helping clients improve critical infrastructure cybersecurity plans and operational capabilities.

Rich is passionate about pinpointing what events can disrupt a client’s operations and then uncovering a solid solution. Providing a strategic perspective, he taps into his experience in cybersecurity auditing and program assessments. Rich believes a job well done is based on engagements, helping clients understand what they don't already know, aiming to configure cyber solutions that reduce the risk of identifying infiltration points.
What motivates Rich
Rich is dedicated to pursuing perfection in all aspects of his work. Supporting critical infrastructure clients, he knows the impact a single vulnerability can have on the world. Rich also enjoys educating others on the critical nature of cybersecurity.
A little bit about Rich
An ideal day off for Rich would be spent soaking up the sun on an all-inclusive resort in Cancun. With that said, his guilty pleasure treat for a hot day would be vanilla ice cream with a combination of fun toppings. A surprise to many, Rich is secretly a history and band geek!
